FlashFender acts as a Data Processor for the vehicle inventory and lead data you input into the system. You, the Dealership, are the Data Controller.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can request copies of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• Right to Erasure: You can request that we erase your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Right to Data Portability: You can request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

Data Transfer

FlashFender processes data in the United States. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure the safety of data transfers.
