1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FlashFender's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. "At Your Own Risk" Automation

FlashFender provides automation tools that interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist).You acknowledge that using automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of these third-party platforms.FlashFender is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or "shadow bans" resulting from the use of our software.

3. License to Used Data

By uploading vehicle data and images to FlashFender, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify such content for the purpose of generating AI descriptions and posting listings on your behalf.

4. Subscription & Billing

FlashFender offers monthly and annual subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlashFender be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
