What you can do

Immutable audit trail — dealership-scoped, who/what/when on deal, inventory, lead and invoice changes, surfaced under Settings → Audit
10-year retention export — a portable, sanitized copy of your dealership records (Settings → Retention)
Compliance document pack — We Owe, Buyer’s Guide and Known-Damage documents generated from the deal

The audit trail is immutable by design: events are appended, not edited. Deletion is explicit and exportable first — nothing is quietly purged.
