Subscription & billing
See your plan status in the app. Marketing pricing publishes the $50/mo new-dealership offer for Starter/Pro — not TBA placeholders.
Purpose
Dealer subscription settings show whether the dealership is on trial, active, or soft-locked, and where billing unlocks when paid plans are enabled.

Trial & soft lock (honest)
- Trial: 7 days on the live app at app.flashfender.com.
- After trial: soft lock — login and data remain; writes stop until the account is unlocked. Details: Trial & soft lock.
- New-dealership offer: Starter/Pro rooftops start at $50/mo after trial (see Pricing). Group is custom.
- Paid unlock: ships in-app. Soft lock until then — no card charged on signup today.
Setup (dealers)
- Register / log in as an admin.
- Open Settings → Subscription (or Billing if that is where your tenant surfaces status).
- Confirm status matches what support told you (trial / active / soft-locked).
- When self-serve checkout is enabled for your tenant, complete payment in-app — do not email card numbers.
What you will not see on this docs site
- Fake “unlimited forever free” claims or invented higher list prices beyond the published $50/mo offer.
- Fake testimonials about billing.
- Platform-operator subscription admin (that is internal).

Permissions
- Admin — view subscription status; manage billing when unlocked.
- Manager / Sales — usually no billing settings.
